Rentjewels.com - a portal where buyers can rent designer jewelry online
The concept of rentjewels.com is a unique one that provides customers with the option to rent jewelry online from the site itself. Our project for Taruna Biyani included an extension of her portal so that a set of her products could be rented to buyers.
What were the challenges we faced?
A limited number of jewelry pieces could be booked on a platform for buyers. Booking fees were charged for each piece of jewelry, as well as a security click here deposit.Admin wanted buyers to be able to sort, search, or rent products based on category, as well as a period of their choosing.
Resolution we offered
The website provided admins with a means of managing their daily product listings, deactivating products, and processing orders.This program tracked who bought what and how long it took to return it.Clients and administrators were provided with automatic reminders and expiry lists.An automatic recalculation of the amount due from the buyer was performed if a delay in return occurred.
